Silhouette On Trend With ‘Painted Line’

Silhouette Painted LineRimless eyewear specialist, Silhouette, has brought the slow-burn, summer must-have stripes and lines fashion trend to the world of accessories via its ‘Painted Line’ collection. Now on-trend glasses wearers can indulgence in the extravagance of stripes whilst enjoying the subtly of rimless frames.

The Painted Line collection cleverly plays with the optical effects created by lines and interprets this look, applying it to rimless eyewear. Horizontal stripes across a wide, matt temple bring the face to life, and as if painted with a light brush, the stripe contrasts with the base colour and gives the collection its name: “Painted Line.”

With such a stylish statement – the season’s colours must also feature. Peacock, considered by many to be the new purple, is the foundation colour for Grey Lagoon, featuring an elegant grey stripe. Crystal White and Crystal Black are more understated in monochrome, while Blue Coffee – a combination of royal blue and warm coffee-brown – and Ivory Aubergine and Brown Kiwi feature harmonious combinations based around the colour brown.

Silhouette Painted LineProduced using the lightest and most flexible plastic in the eyewear industry – SPX – Painted Line’s temples softly nestle along the face. With no weighted or pressure points, Painted Line delicately provides wearer comfort all day long.

Following the principles of rimless aesthetics exclusively developed by Silhouette, the six models in the Painted Line Collection can be equipped with nearly every lens shape – entirely dependent upon the wearer’s needs.

Painted Line – like all Silhouette models – is made in Austria and 80% handcrafted. Rimless, without screws, and with one of the most innovative hinge solutions around, Silhouette continues to set the fashion pace in eyewear.
